How to Disable the IP Streaming Encoder Telnet Function?

From the Encoder control pannel - system - advanced, you can enable/disable the telnet

If you IP streaming encoder without the option for enable/dispable,  you may need to dit the run file (inside the up.rar firmware) or contact us, add a command to it, then upgrade the firmware which we revised, the port 23 for telnet will be disabled.
